It’s been 2 weeks and i haven’t lost much. 55 kilos and it doesn’t seem to wanna go any lower.

Perhaps, i have hit a plateau.

So i’m going to take it easy and eat more protein and continue eating healthy like always and not bother about the number.

An ice cream machine.

I recently bought an ice-cream machine for the girls. I had no plan to buy one, but it was a good price from a trusted brand, so i had to buy.Lol.

We made our first chocolate ice-cream using organic ingredients. It was awesome! Believe me, it tastes way better than Ben&Jerry. I’m not kidding.

I’m pretty obssesed over the machine right now. I can’t stop looking at ice-cream recipes. One of these days, i’ll dress my ice-cream up and post it here. Right now i’m too busy with the packing.

Packing in progess.

We are super duper excited about moving back to Adelaide. Especially, since we are moving back into our cute little house. Then there’s the beach and the beautiful parks where iman and i used to spend most of our afternoon either walking to the beach or climbing a tree. We had such a good time there.

We have so much boxes to fill in. Sigh. But, we surely can’t wait to kiss Darwin goodbye.

Currently reading.

Having to read this book makes me realized the way i’m eating right now shouldn’t because i wanted to lose weight, it is in fact should be a change of lifestyle. I am eating healthy and taking control of my desire to gobble up every food i see. I should do this for the rest of my life.

Day out.

Darwin is in fact a beautiful place to live. But the humidity in the wet season is beyond belief. Unless you are used to humidity and no rain, you are in for a shock.

The beautiful dry season is due soon, but the not so beautiful Adelaide winter is what i’m after.

This cute little doggie was on his way home when it rains. We gave him a little shelter. Too bad we’re not allowed to play with dogs. They would make a great pet for the kids.

Friday is our movie and pizza nite! yay!

I make the dough but M does the rolling and flipping until it turns into a perfect base. We make our own pizza sauce too, but this one was a store bought :(
